During this latest phase, we delivered our Eye Casualty, Glaucoma, and Oculoplastic modules, and received incredible feedback from the ophthalmology department. Mr Usama Faridi, Consultant Ophthalmologist at Dorset County Hospital Foundation Trust said “I am thrilled to incorporate mediSIGHT into my clinics. It's evident that the system will streamline them [our clinics]. The training provided was exceptionally smooth and beneficial."

NHS Grampian go-live with mediSIGHT:  This past week David McDowell, Head of Data Projects Analysis has been in his homeland at NHS Grampian supporting their migration to mediSIGHT.

One of the main areas of focus there is Virtual Glaucoma and Medical Retina. It was great to see our brand new improved Virtual Review features in use, which will help improve efficiency across the department.

We had great support from the clinical leads and all the staff were all impressed with the system and immediately saw its benefits. The implementation team were kept busy as Grampian utilised all the detailed configuration options available to them.

Users at the remote site in Elgin were also onboarded and we’ve had great feedback from all the teams.

Thanks to all our colleagues that were involved in this go-live, making it another smooth transition to mediSIGHT.

Do you want to discuss migrating to mediSIGHT? If so, please email info@medisoft.co.uk or call 0113 347 2020 to arrange a demonstration.

Morecambe go LIVE with mediSIGHT: Another week another go-live for mediSIGHT. This time our team were implementing mediSIGHT at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust, visiting sites to train their staff across all areas of the system.

We had some great comments, such as "enjoyed it [the go-live], efficient, friendly and easy to use" and "everything went smoothly, everyone joined in and worked together".

Well done to our Project and Implementation Manager Hannah Lomas on a well planned implementation.  Also thanks to all the staff at the trust for thoroughly engaging with the training and go-live.

On to the next one for us.
