Our estimated turnaround for a simple custom audit request is 2 weeks. This is dependent on a timely agreement of the detailed requirements for each audit.
Medisoft Custom Audit Service Definitions
The Audit Suite must be installed and accessible to authorised Medisoft users to fulfil these requests. Data extracts will only be provided via secure means to authorised personnel at the organisation responsible for the data.
Custom Audit Service (simple)
This is a unique service included in the support fees for Medisoft EMR customers. Requests are limited to one-off data extracts or simple additions to the custom audit launcher in the Audit Suite, and a limited but fair usage policy is applied. Requests must be raised via this webpage. All requests will then be assessed to ensure complexity is within the scope limits for this service. Any requests that can be fulfilled by using the Audit Suite will not be accepted and instead guidance will be provided on how to access this data using the Audit Suite.
Custom Audit Service (complex)
A chargeable service is available to Medisoft EMR customers for complex data extracts or complex additions to the custom audit launcher in the Audit Suite. Requests must be raised via this webpage. All requests will then be assessed to establish complexity and development timescales.
