We are excited to share the latest progress in our customer upgrades journey. Throughout the first months of this year, our focus has been dedicated to seamlessly transitioning our valued Medisoft Ophthalmology customers to our next generation platform, mediSIGHT.
The overwhelmingly positive feedback we’ve received speaks volumes about the dedication and expertise of our team. For example, Jonas Laursen, Consultant Ophthalmologist at Practice Plus, expressed, “I have seen many rollouts in my time, but this was by far the smoothest. I had Lidia with me, and she guided me through it from day one and it was a pleasure”.
Recent migrations have included institutions such as Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust, Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Practice Plus hospitals in Shepton Mallet & Portsmouth.
The momentum continues at an impressive pace as the End of Life for our legacy product nears, thanks to the efforts of our Implementation and Technical teams.
