Glaucoma Summary Chart

The ‘Glaucoma Summary Chart’ allows an immediate view of how important parameters, such as IOP and cup/disc ratio have changed over time for each eye, as well as when procedures and investigations were performed.

The ‘at a-glance’ view provides information about:

• Visual field score MD/PSD
• Visual field index (VFI)
• Nerve fibre index (FI)
• Surgical or laser treatments
• Drug treatment
• Intraocular pressure
• Cup to disc ratio
• Global GPS (Glaucoma probability score, obtained from HRT machine)
• Diagnosis history
• Central corneal thickness (CCT)
