1. Diagnoses

Glaucoma diagnoses

This is a report showing patients who have been diagnosed as having glaucoma related conditions.

 

2. Glaucoma Shared-Care

Agreement with diagnosis findings of community optometrist

The audit consists of a bar chart and a table.

This bar chart shows how closely the doctor agrees with the community optometrist’s diagnosis(es) at each visit.

The table below shows the Number and percentage (%) of virtual clinics at each visit that fall within each category of agreement (such as Agree or Disagree)

Agreement with optic disc findings of community optometrists

This report measures how closely the doctor agrees with the community optometrist’s optic disc findings at each visit.

Agreement with outcome of community optometrists

The report measures how closely the doctor agrees with the outcome recommended by the community optometrist at each visit.

Agreement with treatment of community optometrists

The report measures how closely the doctor agrees with the treatment provided by the community optometrist at each visit.

Agreement with visual field findings of community optometrist

This report measures how closely the doctor agrees with the visual field findings of the community optometrist.

Virtual Clinic Outcome

This report contains a pie chart and a table. The pie chart shows percentage share of the total number of outcomes occupied by one outcome (such as Discharged)

The table below shows the number and percentage of virtual clinics with a particular outcome.

Were prescriptions prescribed?

This report consists of a bar chart and a table.

The bar chart details whether prescriptions were given at each visit.

The table below shows the Number and percentage (%) cases for each visit at which drugs were either prescribed (Yes) or not (No).

 

3. Glaucoma Medication

Persistency

This graph is a bar chart of time intervals that patients remain on specific glaucoma medications.

Medication usage analysis

This is a line chart plotting glaucoma drug usage over time.

Side effects

This graph is a bar chart showing number and percentages of patients who have reported certain side effects after taking glaucoma medications.

Stop reasons

This graph is a bar chart showing number and percentages of patients who have a recorded reason(s) for stopping glaucoma medication(s).

Time of side effects

This report consists of a bar chart and a table.

This bar chart gives percentages of patients complaining of side effects from a chosen drug, within specified time intervals.

The table below lists each interval and the percentage of side effects that were reported within that time frame.

Intraocular pressure versus time (single medication)

This report allows you to determine the IOP change before and after medication changes. It applies only to patients on 1 glaucoma medication who has previously taken no glaucoma medications.

Intraocular pressure versus time (multiple medications)

Intraocular pressure versus time: applies to all prescriptions of selected medications and retrieves the IOP over the follow up period.

 

4. Summary Reports and Graphs

Age distribution of glaucoma patients

This graph shows the percentages of patients who have had glaucoma diagnoses in age ranges of 5 years, while the table below also includes the number of patients.

Patients and their glaucoma operations

This report lists the operations in date order. It includes all operations which involve a glaucoma procedure, and displays both pre-operative and post-operative data where it has been recorded.
