Cataract surgery summary report

The Cataract Surgery Summary note takes data from multiple episodes and displays it in one note, which is useful for surgeons to look at immediately before cataract surgery.

The ‘Risk of Posterior Capsule Rupture’ (PCR) is automatically calculated for each grade of surgeon as part of this summary, based on a scientific publication on the compounding effect of individual risk factors identified in a dataset of 55,567 cases of cataract surgery collected on Medisoft systems throughout the UK.
