Medisoft was incorporated in 1997. Medisoft's business is the development, sales, installation, training and support of an electronic ophthalmology patient records system: 'Medisoft Ophthalmology'.

'Medisoft Ophthalmology' is by far the most widely used ophthalmology electronic medical record (EMR) in the UK and is, we believe, the most widely used ophthalmology EMR in the world.
